Community Needs Assessment

Every few years, United Way of Delaware County conducts a thorough Community Needs Assessment (CNA) to help identify emerging needs, gaps in service and programming, and funding priorities. Residents, social service providers, and business/professionals participate in the assessment process. This process is an example of true community collaboration aimed at strengthening service and improving lives.
